By booking or using the services of this studio, clients agree to the following Terms of Service, which apply to all services provided by the photographers in Manchester UK.

Danarus Photostudio provides detailed descriptions of its photography packages, including wedding photographer Manchester UK options, in the Packages section or through quotations shared prior to booking. Only the services and deliverables explicitly outlined in the selected package are included.

Each package includes final edited images or videos. Danarus Photostudio does not supply RAW images, unedited files, or project files unless there is a prior written agreement and payment for this additional premium service.

All photographs and videos created by Danarus Photostudio remain the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of the studio, as per the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, licensing, redistribution, or modification of images or videos is strictly prohibited unless a commercial license or full copyright ownership has been purchased separately and confirmed in writing before delivery.

Clients can purchase copyright ownership or extended usage rights for an additional fee. Session duration is limited to the time stated in the chosen package. Any extra hours or overtime must be requested and mutually agreed upon through prior or on-the-day communication, and will incur an additional charge at the agreed rate, subject to availability.

A booking is only confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received as agreed. All additional services, including extra hours, copyright ownership, special edits, or expedited delivery, must be paid separately.

Danarus Photostudio maintains full creative control over shooting style, editing, colour grading, and final image selection. Although client preferences may be taken into account if communicated in advance, artistic decisions ultimately rest with the studio.

The studio may use images or videos for its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request before the session.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service. Danarus Photostudio is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, late arrivals, or lack of cooperation.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Danarus Photostudio Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
